Thanks for all the well wishes. The interview only lasted 20 minutes and she said she'd make her decision in the next three weeks. I'm not sure that's encouraging, but seeing so much support made my day brighter anyway. So thank you. You guys are the best.

But fwiw if she was determined that you were absolutely out of the running (i.e. there were at least 5 others ahead of you on her list) then she could've told you the day after. Idk if that helps at all though and it's probably something you already thought of! <33333

Yeah, I kind of feel like that long of a window doesn't bode well, but you never know. I'm well qualified for it, but I'm not sure the questions helped show me to the best advantage. Trying to stay positive though. Even if I don't get it I'm only a month away from my seasonal position with the company I work for now. And I love that position. :)
