Ti amo is also I love you. I looked at this forever and there is some controversy. In some regions Ti amo is for lovers and Ti voglio bene is for family and in some regions Ti voglio bene is for more passionate/sexual love. I went with the longer one b/c of the similarites between Ti amo and Te amo.
