1) How has LJ changed your life?

 

It's focused me on my writing, made me new friends from all over the world ::group hug:: I love LJ. I mean not only do I have PR slash friends, but PR slash friends specific to my pairing. ::waves to starandreaand scifislasher::

2) What do you do before bedtime?

 

Pee, take out my contacts, set my TV (in lieu of an alarm)

 

3) What are you going to have for dinner tonight?

 

Caesar salad

 

4) What is the ONE place you want to go to before you die if you had the money and the time?

 

Italy! :) Or maybe Mallorca to drool over Nadal.

 

5) Are you an introvert or an extrovert?

 

According to the personality test they forced on us during freshman sem (way back when) I'm an extrovert, but just barely over the dividing line.

 

6) What do you do in your free time?

 

read, write, watch DVDs, hang out with my sister and nephew

 

7) Do you trust easily?

 

Yes and no. I tend to believe most people are good and not out to screw me. But I don't give up my personal life easily.

 

8) What personal belonging do you have with you everywhere you go?

 

Cell and MP3 player

 

9) Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?

 

My job. I don't hate it, but I don't love it. I loved my bookstore and sometimes I still can't believe that I don't work there any more. On a bright note, I start part timing at Waldenbooks again in two weeks. Just once a week, but I get my discount back, I get to work with Ann again, and most importantly, I get to do something I love again.

 

10) What is your best quality?

 

Loyalty and reliability

 

11) Is being tagged fun?

 

Yes! It makes me feel like a friend instead of just 'the annoying girl who comments on my LJ'

 

12) How do you see yourself?

 

Optimistic, happy, procrastinator

 

13) Do you prefer rain or snow?

 

Rain, except when it knocks my power out. Snow lasts long after you've gotten over the prettiness of it.

 

14) What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?

 

Smart, creative, and talented. Goal-oriented too. I really admire the way she sets tasks for herself and sticks to them. I really love getting her nightly word count post. Does that make me a nerd?

 

15) Poor but loved, or rich but hated?

 

Why do I have to choose? Loved/hated by who? I'd rather be poor and loved by my family (which, hey! I am). But if my family's gonna love me regardless and I could be rich and hated by the public at large....

 

Actually, I'd probably still not want that. I like being liked.

 

16) How many children do you want?

 

I want them, but I've never thought beyond that. I guess, whatever God blessed me with?

 

17) What's better; to give or to receive?

 

Give. I love to watch people's face when they open my presents. When I receive I always worry about being appreciative enough and I'm thinking too hard about that to really enjoy what I'm getting.

 

18) What do you feel about sex without love?

 

It's out there. It obviously has it's appeal, but I don't think I'm hardwired that way. That's way to personal and private to share with someone I don't see around for the long haul.

 

19) Would you have 100% safe sex with a stranger for $10,000,000?

 

I want to say no flat out, but I think it's one of those things I couldn't answer unless I was actually faced with it.

 

20) What would you name yourself if you'd been born the opposite gender?

 

Hmmm, I don't know. Killian Dean. I just made that up on the spot.

I don't think it makes you a nerd; I'm just glad someone finds my word count post interesting. I'm always worried about that.
