Beta help? Please?

I really need help with flow and pacing. It's still very rough but it's at the point where I think I need some outside eyes to tell me what (if anything) is still missing, etc. I need some distance and perspective, but also someone encouraging. It's currently it's a tad under 10,000 words
Short Summary: For a comment fic prompt (I know, I fail at comment fic) - Cas wakes up in a mental ward where the doctors try to convince him he is Jimmy Novak, and that believing he's actually Castiel the angel is just a symptom of his illness. They start to wear him down.
