Tech question

Is there a way to save my current DW layout? It's one of the basic three with colors changed, but I want to experiment with other layouts w/o having to worry about re-adjusting my color scheme if I don't find anything else I like.

I think it remembered my settings when I was playing around with layouts? Maybe?

I agree with Rosa - dreamwidth still has my original modifications to the "transmogrify" layout saved from more than a year ago :) I'm guessing (I haven't read this anywhere, it's just been my own experience so far) that as long as you switch layouts DW remembers the last color scheme you used with eny other layout you've tried. I know it still remembers my header picture for the ocean-something layout, too ♥

There is a way to make doubly sure using layers - if you drop a note in style_system, someone there should be able to help you out. Basically, most of the time it does it automatically, but occasionally it doesn't, particularly if you're using the same style again.
